Quality of imprint depends on the quality of artwork provided. CoinForce.com reserves the right to determine what is quality artwork. True vector Illustrator files are required (.ai or .eps) in either Mac or PC format. If not available $50/hour will be charged as necessary to rebuild artwork into required format. Raster artwork is only acceptable for photographs and similar style artwork. Raster images need to be a minimum of 300 dpi in .tif or .jpg format. Please be sure all your fonts have been converted to paths/outlines. We also recommend that you compress your files in a .sit or .zip file so they do not become damaged during the email process. Custom Poker Chip Specs: Diameter: 1.550 inches Radius: .775 inches Circumference: 125mm (approx) Edgestripe length: 125mm (approx) Edgestripe height: 3.375mm We expand the file to 1.570 inches but the printed area will be 1.550 inches. When you submit artwork, remember to make your diameter 1.570 inches and to keep text AWAY from the very edge. We prefer face artwork to expend to the end of the chip- meaning white circles or borders do not print well. That's not to say you cannot have this-but it is easier to work within the above guidelines. As long as your artwork file AND the document/canvas size are identical- we can resize your artwork so don't worry if you designed everything at, say 2 inches. When designing edgestripes- remember to keep your spot colors proportionate. One edge meets the other when designing edges, so remember when you design the spots, that where the circumference meets, you should have 1/2 of any edgespot color meeting the other.
